Jack.F. - I read it twice. once for entertainment and once to take notes.

Terry.S. - I am getting too old to be reading books till 4 or 5am. I couldn't put it down.

Steve.F. - I am enthralled by his thinking as well as his writing.

Linda T - It’s a beautiful manuscript. I’ve never seen another as good in my professional experience as an Editor. I’m pretty much of an expert on “apocalyptic fiction” and this is a fantastic thriller even if it isn’t gore every other page. It may even be an entirely new genre.

Michael R. - If there ever was a story that predicted a very possible future this is it. Anyone who has studied the markets and understands the world of finances locally, and internationally will find this manuscript compelling. Pass it on to anyone you know who has a hard time grasping the current financial situation as they may be able to begin to understand what it all means couched in this story.

    Welcome to my website.
In the 1940s George Orwell observed a trend and said if this trend continues the world will look like this in '1984', so he stuck his protagonist down in this world and watched what happened. Largely his vision was uncanny. In 1987 I identified a trend which taken to its logical conclusion yielded the story I have called "Operation Phoenix." In our strange new world, this is one possible future. I have lived in the best time and place mankind has ever known so I feel I must give back. I have posted the novel free to read. As well it may be downloaded in printer friendly format for $9.99 and purchased in hard copy (soft cover) at a special 10% discount on the regular price for a total of $19.08 plus shipping and tax if any.
